GENERAL TRAINING APPROACH

I train with the philosophy that strength is a skill that is acquired and tempered for life.

Tempering means that we balance the elements of your strength. Then begin increasing the intensity of the exercises so that you can create your strength from the best possible starting point.

A body is only as strong as its weakest link. I train to achieve the best level of tempering by ensuring that every link is as strong as the last. Working to establish being strong enough to bend and flexible enough not to break.

Training the sum rather than the parts.

Strength isn’t being huge or being number one.
Strength is being balanced and flexible in both body and mind.
Strength is understanding quality of motion and focus.
Strength is confidence and play

Strength is about the quality of the temper that results from training to live life freely.
